How it works
From idea to move-in
Let us handle everything. You get to do the fun part.
From design and permits to construction, inspections, and the final handover, we take care of the entire process. Your ADU is turnkey.
- 1
Free consultation
We talk about who the ADU is for, your budget, and your timeline.
- 2
Site check
We visit your property to review lot size, setbacks, septic, utilities, and access — and discuss a standalone ADU, an attached addition, or an existing garage conversion.
- 3
Design & your selections
Work with our designer to fit your lot and family. We review slab and full-basement options, then you choose cabinetry, flooring, finishing details, granite or quartz countertops, and colors.
- 4
Permits handled by us
We handle zoning approvals and pull all required permits with your city or town before work begins.
- 5
Build
Our own crew builds your ADU — hands-on, with impeccable attention to detail, following all Rhode Island building and weatherization codes.
- 6
Move-in ready
We take care of final inspections and the certificate of occupancy, then walk through your finished ADU with you and hand over the keys.
Your finishes. Your style.
Choose your cabinetry, flooring, finishing details, granite or quartz countertops, and colors. We take care of bringing it all together.
Slab or full basement
Some ADUs can be built on a slab; others can have a full basement. A full basement costs more. We'll review the right foundation for your property and include it in your project quote.
We always pull required permits and follow all Rhode Island building and weatherization codes.
