Three ways to add an ADU
A standalone ADU
A separate home on your property, with its own space and privacy.
An addition to your home
An attached ADU can become part of your existing home — it doesn't have to be a standalone building.
An existing garage, reimagined
We can convert an existing garage into an ADU, subject to your property's requirements and approvals.
Some ADUs can be built on a slab; others can have a full basement. A full basement costs more. We'll review the right foundation for your property and include it in your project quote.
Turnkey, permitted, and built by our crew
From design and permits to construction, inspections, and the final handover, we take care of the entire process. Your ADU is turnkey. We always pull required permits and follow all Rhode Island building and weatherization codes.
Choose your cabinetry, flooring, finishing details, granite or quartz countertops, and colors. We take care of bringing it all together.
We review your property's setbacks, utilities, access, and applicable approvals before confirming what can be built. Serving a town does not mean every lot qualifies.
